1.1 Purposes of practicum
I am grateful to be able to get this program. This program was my first student exchange program abroad. In the Philippines I learned many things such as culture, religion, and the characteristics of the area where I live, Iloilo City. This was beyond my expectations, because this program gave me so many valuable experiences. I began to learn how to teach well and impress and how I could persuade others to trust me when I became a substitute teacher. Finally, my training as a teacher was proven when I did my teaching exam and got amazing results and quality from the examiners, including my coordinator teacher.

| We have send of program with the Principal, the Dean, and the directur of International Office Of ISAT U |
In the first week and a half, we were introduced to the environment of ISAT U and made observations in the Laboratory School of ISAT U. Then in the second week and a half, I had the opportunity to start my own class by previously making teaching materials such as Lesson Plan and PPT. Then in the third week I taught the class in 2 meetings. However, on the third meeting, the teachers had a meeting, so I only taught once in the third week. In the fourth week, I did a teaching test witnessed by the principal, supervisor and coordinator teacher. In addition to teaching activities, on the weekend we did a cultural and city tour, and in the last week, we did a send of program with all friends and officials in the colleague of education of ISAT U.
1.3 Outcomes of practicum
My month-long experience there was indeed short. At first I didn't expect to have such a good coordinator teacher. He taught me how to teach well, and provide understanding to each student. I learned a lot about how to teach, how to make teaching materials and learned about the differences between Indonesian education and education in the Philippines. Not stopping there, I also understood that each student has their own characteristics. There was one thing that surprised me, which was that the students I taught or 7th grade students at the school were students who had high motivation to compete and collaborate, from this it made me believe that good teaching methods such as those carried out by the Coordinator Teacher and what I did were very influential.
1.4 The challenges of practicum
When I was selected as an exchange student, I had hopes that I could learn to be a good teacher and teach well. This was answered when I taught 7th grade computer subject. Who would have thought that the subject I was teaching had never been taught before. There are some things that I may not understand well. But in my first week of observation, I saw the teaching style of the coordinator teacher by emphasizing the important points so that students can understand more easily. In addition, there are some students who do not understand English well. To overcome this, I used body language as well as using some short instructions that are commonly used in a teaching and learning activity.
1.5 Overall impression
I thought that this trip would be mediocre. But in reality, it was amazing and exceeded my goals for the program. I learned many things and was taught many things from the people around me. I hope to be able to join a program like this in the future. Because it is a valuable experience to understand the education system in a country like the Philippines.
I with all of my Student in the last meet.
1.6 Suggestions for future improvement
Computers are one of the proofs of technological advancement. Many people want to learn it and many people stop midway because they don't understand. But through concise education and structured practice, this can be overcome. There are many ways to make people understand computer subjects, including the teaching methods used and the teaching materials provided. The most important thing to give someone an understanding of computers is to teach them things that incorporate the technology itself and that is one of the keys to success in learning computers.
