| First Observation on Industrical Engineering Major |
1.1 Teaching methods of the teacher that I observed
In this program, I had the opportunity to teach Computer Subject for grade 7. The method used by the teacher in teaching during my observation was Cooperative Learning and Student Center Learning, as well as using TBT (Technology Based Training), because it refers to the theory and practice of students in understanding and implementing the available commands.

1.2 Their learning materials and innovation
The materials and innovations used in supporting the teaching and learning process here are LCD TVs to display PPT and Wireless Mic which functions as a loudspeaker because each class has 45 students. Other materials are computers that are available for each individual, but not all of them are functioning due to the impact of Covid-19 yesterday so that when practicing must be in groups.

Teachers usually use the world wide web and existing handbooks or textbooks and use the Detailed-Lesson Plan as a reference for teaching one meeting.

1.4 Authentic assessment used by the teachers
In assessment, at each meeting the teacher will give a quiz consisting of several multiple choice questions and several essay questions. In addition, to test students' understanding, teachers use the 'asking back' method such as repeating keywords and asking students to answer them, or teachers use games such as puzzles to test students' understanding.
